"Publishing Partners" are Corporate Licensees and/or Corporate Internal Licensees that print and sell BCon branded Intellectual Property (programs, publication, products and materials) in collaboration with BCon. Publishing Partners may publish these printed materials and/or products for other Licensees in a specific language or designated territory.
BCon and Publishing Partners shall, in a collaborative manner and with a win-win spirit, provide these printed publishing services. Electronic publishing services and publishing rights require a separate written agreement.
