Some welcomed the shift enthusiastically, while others did so hesitantly, clearly missing the office setting. One thing is, work continued, and multiple studies, have demonstrated that employees were just as productive (if not more) as they were before the pandemic.

Remote working through the virtual interface has become the new normal, and it's there to stay. And due to the attractive remote work setting, many of those activities will continue to take place. Hence, even with the hybrid new pattern, leaders must have the capacity to lead remotely.
