4. Awareness and Responsibility in Social Media Use

BCon recognizes that social media is accessible to users with diverse backgrounds, values, and circumstances. We therefore communicate with care and awareness that each post, comment, response, or other online interaction may affect stakeholders, public trust, and brand reputation.

Authorized users must remain mindful that:

  • Information published online may spread rapidly and broadly
  • Even deleted posts may remain accessible through screenshots, archives, or third-party reposts
  • Careless or ambiguous communication may cause misunderstanding or reputational harm
  • Personal conduct online may affect public perception of BCon and its brands where affiliation is known

5. Appropriate Information Sharing and Dialogue

BCon values communication that is constructive, responsive, and stakeholder-centered. We aim to listen carefully, engage sincerely, and foster meaningful dialogue where appropriate.

At the same time, BCon reserves discretion over how, when, and whether to respond on social media. Response methods may vary depending on the account, platform, topic, available resources, and risk considerations.

6. Official Accounts and Brand Governance

Only persons specifically authorized by BCon may create, manage, or post through official accounts representing BCon or any BCon-owned or managed IP or service brand.

All official accounts must:

  • Be approved by BCon

  • Use approved logos, descriptions, and contact details
  • Be subject to appropriate access controls and credential management

  • Lawful and compliant with applicable platform rules
  • Respectful of diverse individuals and communities
  • Consistent with BCon’s positioning, brand standards, and legitimate business purpose
