About THE International Update:

Theme: "The Future of The Human Element"

"Where we will be in the VUCA world in the age of Digital Transformation"

Our annual International Update is intended to support you in your practice of The Human Element and connect you with the worldwide network of professionals who use this work. It is a lively and engaging event that will open your eyes to new possibilities for using The Human Element and continue your own journey as a practitioner of this work.

As a meeting of our worldwide network, the Update provides opportunities for sharing work experiences and learning from other professionals, expanding your view of the material, re-energizing yourself, and for connecting and working with others.

In this meeting we will focus on the future of The Human Element. Starting with a look back at the influences, thinking, and history of the work, we will together explore possibilities for the future. Our intention is to build our future together.

Key Takeaways:

  • Gain a big picture view of the thinking and influences behind The Human Element
  • Explore possibilities for using digital tools with the material
  • Learn from the network of practitioners and exchange experiences and ideas
  • Learn from success cases
  • Understand and contribute to the long-term strategy for the material

Due to the group dynamic and relationships that you will foster during the Encounter, we strongly recommend that you stay in Westerbeke Ranch, which is included in the price above. With the package, you will spend more time with your peers and build relationships further as you journey through this program together. Due to the location of the program, it is logistically challenging to venture outside to other nearby restaurants as you would need a car and/or cab which is not time efficient. This allows you to be prompt for all programming times as scheduled. We need everyone fully engaged and ready to resume activities as needed.

(All prices are subject to 5% handling fee in case of credit card payment)

Lodging:

Westerbeke Ranch

Welcome to Westerbeke Ranch, a place to connect, to create, and to celebrate.
You will love the rural “Ranch” flavor of our family’s country retreat. Built in the 1930’s, it nestles amid stately oaks, surrounded by rolling grass hills and vineyards in Sonoma’s Valley of the Moon.

However you get here, you’ll be sorry to leave. Whether you come to work, to celebrate, or simply to relax, the grace and warmth of the Westerbeke Ranch gets inside of you. Walking the garden paths, warming your hands in front of the crackling “walk-in” stone fireplace, lounging on the lawn around the sapphire pool, or finishing up another scrumptious meal with some extraordinary chocolate mousse dessert, you might hear yourself think, “I could get used to this.”

We suggest that you do. Find your way home to the Westerbeke Ranch.

We are all one big THE family!

For more information about Westerbeke Ranch, check the website.

(As all the rooms are double or triple rooms, you will be allocated randomly with other participant.
If you wish to stay with specific attendee, or if you are coming with family, please let us know and it will be our pleasure to accommodate your request)
