Life Orientations® (LIFO®) focuses on strengths - on what's right about leaders, teams, and individuals. It begins by identifying your basic orientation to life and work. Furthermore, it provides pragmatic ways to create high performance by encouraging you to make the most of the strengths you already possess and to appreciate and work with the strengths of others.

• How do you get to know your strengths and the strengths of others?
• How do you translate this into profiles and behavioral reports of persons and teams?
• How can you explore this further in training and coaching?

LIFO® certification training answers all these questions and helps you to effectively start with LIFO®.

What can you expect?

• During an intensive 3-days training you get a thorough knowledge of the LIFO® model and its applications and you obtain the LIFO® accreditation;
• You dispose of a comprehensive set of training material and the rights to use the original LIFO® program and materials;
• Membership of the global network of LIFO® licensees. As a new licensee you enter the LIFO® community of professional consultants and are invited to attend all Benelux LIFO® network events.
