Change: A word that has gained popularity in management, human resources, and people in general. As the old saying goes, 'Change is the only constant.' Hence, let's explore the term together.
Consider your life over the past three years till the current moment and think of the changes you've gone through. You can use the list below to discover potential changes we might go through.
Think of the changes in terms of:
- What are the changes that have already happened during this past year?
- What are the changes that are currently happening?
- What are the changes that you're waiting to happen shortly

Whether you consider the Change taking place, good or bad, it still comes around with its own vast array of emotions. Change differentiates between the current status quo and the new desired state. Whether personally or professionally, Change can be emotionally powerful, provoking bewilderment, dread, worry, irritation, and helplessness. Specialists have even claimed that the feeling of going through Change can match those suffering from grief over losing a loved one. Therefore, next time you feel confused, angry, or suffer due to Change, rest assured, this is pretty normal.
